Insignia
of the Empire of Nubia is a palm tree with eight branches, surrounded by a box
with rounded corners. It looks rather like the Image of the Morning Star; it
is the Empire’s logotype.
The
four levels of government in the Empire, as
well as the Imperial Morning Star Association
and the National Morning Star Association
of every Nubian Nation, may freely use the
Insignia as their logotype too.
According
to the Teacher, the palm tree is significant
in the development of Nubian Civilization.
Four kinds of palm tree, namely, the oil palm,
the raffia palm, the coconut palm, and the
palmyra palm played a major part. They provided
building materials for houses, barrels for
the storage of goods, slow-burning fuel for
heat in the cooler seasons, brooms, furniture,
alcoholic beverages, writing material, food,
medicine, and a means for the long-term maintenance
of fire.
